Who are we?

1. Brief History

   TERSA d.o.o. has been successfully operating since 1994. The core activity of our company includes wood processing and the execution of carpentry works.

   Our production program includes wooden bed slats, solid wood panels, solid wood tables, and stair treads. In addition, we are engaged in the production of high-quality joinery. We manufacture custom-made furniture, solid wood furniture, tables and benches made of solid wood, wooden decorative products, RUF briquettes, and charcoal barbecue briquettes. We also produce and assemble prefabricated houses.

   Since the very beginning of our business operations, we have strived to establish a professional and partnership-based relationship with our clients, with the goal of meeting their expectations to the fullest extent. Customer satisfaction and their requirements are always our top priority. We pay special attention to respecting agreed deadlines and ensuring the high-quality execution of every project.

2. Our Beginnings

   The company Tersa d.o.o. began operating in 1994, with wood processing as its core business activity. Entrepreneur and engineer Vlado Šakić leased a sawmill on an estate near Josipovac and, over a number of successful business years, transformed a former production unit into a respected wood processor and manufacturer of wood products.

   In 1995, his brother Marijan Šakić joined him in this entrepreneurial venture. Despite many challenging years, the company continued to develop and increase its production volume through the modernization of its production capacities and the growth of its capital structure.

   Today, the company employs 90 people and continues to show a tendency toward further employment and growth.

3. Manufacturing Facility

   The company has production facilities in Črnkovci, where the entire production process of solid wood panels, solid wood furniture, and bed slats is carried out. In addition, we produce RUF briquettes and charcoal barbecue briquettes, ensuring maximum utilization of wood raw materials.

   Our production process is based on efficiency, sustainability, and the responsible use of resources. We strive to minimize waste and make full use of the potential of every piece of wood.
